We were told "Strachens Migration Consultants" in Alberton could assist with Passport and ID applications and collections. The consultant Denise advised us that they make the booking and queue for us at Home Affairs Alberton and that we do not have to queue which was the main reason for using them. After numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages to Denise to get a booking at home affairs we still had to queue and follow up daily with her to get a booking (we paid her in full for her service and was told by Denise that when we received our confirmation we must contact her and she will arrange collection. Again phone calls were ignored and WhatsApp messages were read but not responded to - only to be told that we should queue ourselves at Home Affairs Alberton. After 2 Days and 9 hours of sitting in queues we eventually got our passports and ID . The level of service is shocking which leads me to believe that this is a ****.
