****med - After 2 years still no marriage certificate

I paid for an application for Unabridged marriage certificate in March 2021 with Denise at Strachen Migration Alberton and paid the fee. 2 years later and still no certificate. Calls are ignored, messages are read and ignored. When I phone from another number or get a family member to phone, she asks if we can phone back the next day because she is out of the office or at hospital or funeral. When you phone the next day and days to follow she ignores your calls. Happened numerous times. Very bad service, I do not recommend them. I was ****med!
