Biggest Disappointment

How disappointing!

I ordered from StoryTiles in 2024 and received amazing service from them. Within 5 days after placing my order, it was shipped.

I placed another order on 6 June 2026, and other than one empty promise of an update, I have not heard a word from them.

They do not answer their emails or website chatbox, and you can't message them on Instagram. I didn't see the point of trying to message on Facebook as well.

Do NOT purchase from them. You will be disappointed.
