Sneaker Quality

Good Morning, I bought this shoes in October 2023 i have only worn them 3 or 4 They part of my special collection, woke up today the shoe is out of shape how do we resolve this I have taken photos and posted on your instagram, i believe you guys are more about quality and the brand you represent, being the first time buyer at STORY. and the amount of the shoe the trust i had im really disapointed, .. kindly advice, i need my money back or you send me new shoes... *** ***
