Huge dissapointment.

I bought a nike dessert russett sneaker at the value of R2799. When i was to wear them for the third time i saw both sneakers soles were which meant for me its quality is not up to standard at all. I tried to send numerous emails to the shop Story.capetown to express my dissapointment but they have chosen to not reply, but what is mo dissapointing is the keep on sending me adverts of new products. So i would like you guys to warn consuners who would fall for the same trap.
