Unprofessional treatment and unfairness

I booked for a vacation with stornaway lodge for March and sadly my dates were locked down. I then sent then an email telling them I want to postpone since its lockdown. Now we all now we cant travel or move from one province to the next I asked them for a refund and was told I'm not going going to get it. I must wait until next year but as for my money I will never get it back. Kindly assist because I'd really like to get that money
