BAD SERVICE

Storm Removals is a very unprofessional and unreliable company. They provide very bad services all round. This sums up my experience with them:

- Before the move we made payment however to get an invoice from them was a mission. They could not even provide a simple invoice to us. - On the day of the move the guys came an hour late. No communication was received regarding this. - When they eventually came, they just rushed in and started mixing kitchen items with bathroom items. How professional is that?? They didn't wait for any instructions from us. - Our couch was to be wrapped in plastic (which was accounted for in the quote), but this was not done thus causing scratches on my couch. - Some of my furniture required to be disassembled which they were fully aware of before the move, they did not bring the necessary tools to do this. I had to supply them with my tools for this to be done. I'm not sure if they thought they could use their fingers as tools for disassembling.

So my overall experience with Storm removals was bad and I will definately not recommend them to anyone. BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
