Wire Storage Baskets frames: I wanted to reach out and express my gratitude and accolades for the excellent service. I experienced some issues with two of the 10 runner frames, and Storm Storage Solutions customer service division assist in a friendly professional way.

They made suggestions to possibly fix them so the baskets wouldn’t continue falling out, however when that didn’t work they went the extra mile and organized a Gauteng Rep, to come and visit me to assess the problem. He collected the faulty frames from my home, and made sure that replacement 7 runner and 4 runner frames were couriered to me. Thank you Storm Storage Solutions
