Always out of Stock on Vaccinations

My daughter was born in July 2014 at the Netcare Waterfall Hospital, each month since then I've had to pay for her vaccinations out of my pocket because apparently you never receive enough stock from Government, and its unfortunately as its out of your hands. Why is it that some people get the stock you have and other have to keep paying. When I ask Brownwyn to call me when she knows when the stock is arriving so i can be the fortunate parent that received Government stock she told me to go to a public clinic for the vaccinations or wait until her next available appointment which is May 12th. This is ridiculous, my daughter is 9 months old and my initial appointment for this vaccination was moved because Storks nest reception made an error, so now I have to pay for vaccinations and consultation fees and claim it back from the medical aid because that's your policy. This is pathetic!!
