No respone from Mamakids- Storkbrands.

I bought a play yard on a well-known platform online, the brand's name is MamaKids from StorkBrands. When I received the product and tried to assemble the play yard, underneath is like a lock thing that broke. I sent it back where i purchased same and was told that it couldn't be replaced or refunded because that part was broken. I've been trying to contact StorkBrands- I have called their number and I have left a message on voicemail, I sent an email three weeks ago and nobody's getting back to me and now I'm stuck with a new play yard that i cannot use. I don't know where else to get this part. I'm hoping somebody gets back to me and lets me know how to move forward.
