NEVER AGAIN

Drop off and collect was without any hassle, both times the driver was already waiting for us. No damages to the car, so all fine. At home I decided to login on Discovery, just to see where the car had been parked for the last ten days. I then saw that they had used the car for harsh acceleration, harsh cornering, speeding... When I emailed Shireen, she phoned immediately and said she had spoken to the driver, but it was our own responsability. How can the behaviour of their driver be my responsability?? No (part) refund or anything was offered to us. So I will NEVER use their services again, it is safer to take a taxi and keep your car at home.
