False Product Advertising & Poor Customer Service

This day and age, providing exceptional service & quality products is what is going to keep a business thriving... In the case of Storewell Airport Parking, this sadly may not be the case! It almost seems that they are happy to lose their customers quicker than they can pick them up.<br> <br> Utilized their service for the first time for a 5 day storage & safe keeping whilst away on business. Upon my return, the 'free car wash/valet' did not seem to apply as my car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. I also opted to pay cash upon collection, whereby the driver did not have change to give me - his lucky day for a tip!<br> <br> Coming from the service industry, I thought I would let them know of the service I received. Wow, the response & excuses that came back blew my mind... Ie. with the increase in electricity prices, they cannot afford to spend 20mins vacuuming my vehicle (by the way, the inside was fine, it was the outside that shocked me with their driver agreeing!!). Drivers don't carry change as customers usually give the correct amount or request for the change to be added to their account (Was a suppose to guess this as the driver did not mention anything of the sort).<br> <br> Poor service!!!
