Book direct they are amazing and the best price!

Fantastic service received from this company, I booked through an agent Parkvia and initially I panicked when trying to get hold of someone to adjust the times of my trip which became hugely problematic, but eventually after a few stressful emails and them eventually passing me over to Susan who is the manager at Storewell, the service went straight to 5 stars...the only thing I would advise is book directly with Susanne as Parkvia was not the greatest to deal with...very impersonal and no direct contacts to call centre. Storewell on the other hand answered my call immediately, reassured me that they would get my daughter to the correct drop off zone and our car was collected and dropped off exactly on time without any stress or confusion. Amazing service Storewell.
