Store small CC

I emailed them to enquire about Storage. I got a very short email back from a Leon Swart saying he couldn't guarantee anything. I emailed back saying I will pay the deposit straight away plus the months rent. I heard nothing back. Apparently they don't need my business. Terrible customer service.
