Unreliable services and rude staff

The worst and rude staff , probably cause it’s a family business. They lost all my stuff and can’t even account for it ,even after been paying for a unit that they had already rented out to someone. The owner, Leon had the audacity to even swear than account for what transpired in his storage premises. How unprofessional . Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, unless at your own risk .
