Pathetic unprofessional service

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Storage Worx. They requested a deposit without an inspection, so paid over then viewed the place which is not secure, I immediately contact the site manager and advise her that we would not be requiring their services and that we would require a refund. Two weeks since I provided my account details and refund request and no assistance no refund no courtesy of even a response to why the money hasn’t been paid. I even escalated it to the credit control manager and still no response. Would never recommend anyone to do business with them!
