Do not use Storage Worx!!!

I leased a unit at Parkview to store all my house content, just to found out when I went to visit my unit, that it has been emptied out, everything ******. There is no working cameras, no access control and no security at all. The site supervisor informed me that the previous site super stole all the hardware for the cameras during lockdown and to this date it has not bee replaced!! But they advertise it as save and secure storage?!?!? To this date (a month later) I have not received a reply via phone or email from the area manager, or any of the staff from Storage Worx. Insurance wont pay out as there is no security in place, Police can do anything as there is no leads to follow up. This is the worst place to store any of your belongings, do not make use of Storage Worx!!! Guess I wont even get a reply from here!
