Storage Town now Morestore Self Storage

For over 1 year I have been renting a storage unit @Storage Town now @Morestore Self storage Bellville south. I have been a loyal customer paying my rent on time every month. On 1September I gave notice that i will vacate the unit on 30 September. The rent has increased and I will by end September owe about R90 as they have a deposit in hand. I am told my deposit cannot be held for rent, as it is a breakage deposit. What breakage? As it is a cement floor with wire fencing and a steel door. This business practice seems umlawful. On enquiry what if i vacated the unit without notice, i was told my deposit would be held back.

All I can suggest ia to NOT use them at all.

The attitude is shocking for R90!!!!
