STORAGE RSA POOR SECURITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like the warn the public about the poor service and don't care attitude of management of storage RSA at Somerset West mall .

R70000 worth of goods furniture ,appliances and personal items was ****** out of a storage unit that i hire from them for a period of 1,5 years , The above mentioned storage unit is surrounded by security cameras but management insisted that i open a case of theft with SAPS after i asked them to view the security camera footage .

My storage unit was secured with a personal pad lock and they Storage RSA have access control at the gates but form February until today they have not come forward with any footage of the break in.

My goods was stored from Sept 2017 and i discovered loss when i went to collect my belonging in Feb 2019 This is very poor service and it makes me think if this was not a inside job, because till this day haven't presented any footage but the unit is fully surrounded with cctv cameras .. I have as they requested opened a case with SAPS and presented the case number to them but no footage have been presented till this day .. I want my belongings back as this have clearly been a fault on the side of there security systems that are in place .
