Danaged furniture during move - refusing to pay

This comang damaged my new fridge during the moving… they are a orofessional moving & storage company that charges exorbidant amounts - which they muslead you in a qoute (that is a stiry for another day) - when I claim for my damaged fridge due to negligence of their guys… I was told “ Please note that it is still the client’s responsibility to arrange insurance when moving furniture in case there are any accidents.” Interesingly, they went looking for qoutes to fix it, when they realised it could not be fixed, the tone changes!!! Stay away from them,
