Bad service when dealing with Storage king

I stopped my services with Storage king and I asked if i need to do anything else and was told all is sorted and debt order is stopped. in the begining of this month I still got charge the full amount. After phoning Storage King Account department I was told the account person is not there and they will contact me back. After a day they contacted me back and must admit I was happy about that, and the guy told me that it was an error on there end and he has ensured me that the debit order has been stopped now, but then he told me that if they do a refund i will have to wait 4 weeks as there boss is the only person that can do refunds and he is on holiday. I can phone the bank and reverse the debit order, but because of their staff error it is cost me time of of my day to sort out their issue. if you want bad service and endless issues use storage king.
