Theft of stored property of 69 yr old pensioner from Storage Genie Site

<p>My property has been stored at Eco Storage since 2011. Storage Genie deceided to move from this site. The site was to vacated by end of April 2017. </p> <p>I was never informed about the closure even though my wife's and my contact details on the lease remained unchanged. I also stay 500m from Eco Storage. I used to go to Eco Storage every 2 weeks and was never warned about a shutdown and there was also no signage indicating the prnding closure. All my stored property was removed by Stoage Genie from my rented storage unit and now cannot be located, so they say. </p> <p>I have contacted the COO of Stoarge Genie MR CUAN B KLOPPERS ********** and have had no response. I have also contacted sales person SAREL ( ********** ) and also have had no reponse. Their silence has become loud!</p> <p>My rent for the storage unit is paid up until end May 2017 and I also have a months deposit paid. Why wasn't I told when I paid my May rental?</p> <p>Why was my property taken without anyone informing me? They had all my contact details. I am a 69 yr old pensioner and cannot afford to replace these goods, some of which are of sentimental value. </p> <p>This company has no moral responsibility with regard to there tenants and could not care less.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
