Storage Genie Stoneridge *****s 1 Month Rent

<p>I have had endless problems with this establishment. They used my deposit for the last month's rent, which is fine, but then (presumably) accidentally took another month's debit order afterwards.</p> <p>More than a month later, after contacting them via phone, email and physically going to the storage unit I received no response. Their Chief Operating Officer Cuan Kloppers gave me a call (Unsure how he got hold of it as no one else even rep**** to my emails) and promised to resolve the issue. </p> <p>Afterwards, they claimed that I gave notice too late (Which was not true) and stopped all communication afterwards. </p>
