Storage Genie facilities unfit for storage

Storage Genie is a money making **** with poor facilities that isn't fit for their purpose. They take the client money when their facilities leak or your stuff get damaged they just turn their back on the consumer and claim that you have signed the contract and that it is not their responsibility. That we all understand, but surely the space we hire needs to be fit to be used as storage. That is after all what they rent out. I moved out after all the units I was hiring got flooded on several occasions, now Storage Genie won't pay our deposit back and they say we need to give a calendar month notice. There is no way that I can keep my sound equipment etc in a place like that. Our initial contract with them was for other units in Highveld, they relocated to Blu Valley premises and we were forced to move with them at short notice. When moving in we complained about the poor facilities, wrote letters to them. They came and try to seal the poor facility with foam. They all knew about our problems, but just claim that it is not their problem and they hide behind a one sided contract. We have shocking photos and videos to show. These guys is chasing money and deliver unfit units. Please assist us to stop them doing this kind of business.
