SHOCKING ACCOUNTING SERVICES RELATED TO STORAGE GENIE

We have leased a storage unit in ATLAS RD BOKSBURG. All was well with our account until January 2018. We were paying via EFT. Suddenly in conjunction with our EFT payments STORAGE GENIE started debiting our bank account using a different name. We blocked that function and the bank reversed the 2 amounts taken. Unfortunately the blocking can only happen for 3 months. In May they double debited our account and then took a further 2 amounts off using another name. We could only reverse 2 debits as you have 30 days to do so and we were just short of that window. Since then we have been debited using another name and we have given notice. Storage Genie uses a company in India to do their debit orders and in spite of many calls and emails, they claim that we are in arrears. We couldn't handle their useless accounts department any more so gave them a notice of rental termination at the end of August which even though we can prove receipt via read report they have not acknowledged. We vacated the unit today. Our problem is that they now sit with 2 payments which they are not entitled to and we worry that INDIA will continue to raid our bank account. We cannot close the bank account as it is a business account which will make life extremely difficult for us. BEWARE OF STORAGE GENIE ACCOUNTS
