REFUSING TO REFUND DEPOSIT!!
<p>We rented out storage from storage genie and paid for rental and a deposit, after we vacated they are playing hide and seek games with our deposit.</p> <p>Bridgette and Marilize never responds to mails and when you phone their offices you are tossed from Pillar to Post. </p> <p>WORST EXPERIENCE- Do not use storage genie.</p>
Spoke to Marilize on the phone this morning, she told me the refunds are in for process, WHAT A LIE. She didn't even know who I was and what unit I had rented. She said they will refund to my banking details on file. I NEVER GAVE THEM MY BANKING DETAILS. Then after I told her to tell me what banking details they have, she could not give them to me, because they DONT HAVE THEM.
HERBERT WHO IS APPERANTLY THE OWNER IS NOT AVAILABLE. They cannot give a time frame for when they will be refunding.
