No service and refusing to pay deposit

Very dissatisfied with their service. When I when to my storage unit my lock was off and the security gaurd could not explain to me why. I then cancelled my unit and asked for a explanation and they did not reply. I have also asked for my deposit back but they just ignore me... Horrible service
