No refund given for an unoccupied unit (not even partial)

<p>I paid for a unit which I subsequently never occupied. I notified the company within ~15 days. They still took my full deposit plus a month's rent (>2 months rent total) even though I never even picked up the key. What's worse is they were extremely responsive in the sign up process but wouldnt take calls during cancellation.</p> <p><br />very disappointing!!</p>
