No Deposit Refund
<p>Nothing new for this excuse for a company - as many before me had the same issue! Before you can occupy the unit you need to pay a deposit AND 1 month in advance. Then upon termination after you have adhered to all THEIR terms and conditions and paid your way YOU CAN KISS YOUR DEPOSIT GOODBYE!!! 2 Months and still waiting. They don't even bother to respond to any of the complaints on here either! Shocking service - DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!</p>
Also received a call from Mr Cuan Kloppers with empty promises. Still no refund! Don't be fooled by these people prompt sales team! When you end your contract you get tossed aside and ignored!
