No Deposit, Lies and *****ing

No deposit returned after 3 months. I too closed my account and gave 1-month notice, I actually gave 1.5 months notice and ask the make my last payment part of my deposit. I now see the string of excuses that I received so that they could get the last bit of money out of me. They only rep**** just before the amount came off saying sorry the payment request had already gone to the bank. I have received the following excuses after phoning the Herbert "director" of the company: - There is a power failure and I can't access my system. - The internet is down. - When the power came back up it broke the system. - We can't find a record of your account - Your deposit was paid back.

I'm trying to stay very calm about this, but what can we do about this? I see they have been *****ing money from everyone for the last year and a bit. I heard that the company was being sold from one group to another. How can we get more details on these people and even where they live?
