DO NOT USE STORAGE GENIE, BRYANSTON

I use the Storage Genie facility in Bryanston. My storage unit got flooded, damaged my goods, made my unit smell like damp and caused some of the contents to rot. I complained for over six months with no response, stopped payment thereafter and now received a letter of demand. Mike, the owner, promised to move my unit for four months and only when I stopped payment did he bother to action my complaints, six months later. And now expects me to pay for an unsuitable service that was provided by them, avoids any attempts to discuss the issue with him, has offered absolutely no compensation for the damaged goods whatsoever and still expects me to pay for the service. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!
