DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED!!!!

<p>Paid my deposit upfront and on time as required! Vacated the unit on the 31st October 2016 and to date still no communication from these clowns or my deposit refunded as promised. I called and was put through to the MD (HERMAN) PA, who promised to make payment and send through a proof of payment. Emailing....phoning....nothing..!!!! To date....nothing. Absolutely pathetic service and ****************!!!!! I am a single mom who had to have her furniture stored for a while.....my funds are much needed! I would urgently advise anyone who is considering storage to not use this company!!!!</p>
