Deposit not refunded

Deposit not being refunded, storage closed till 12 mid day when I notified them that I will move out at month end. Worst service ever. DO NOT USE STORAGE GENIE. DO NOT PAY AND DEPOSIT TO THEM, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.
