Deposit for storage not refund as per contract

The storage unit facility requires that you pay deposit before a storage unit is allocated to you, this will then be returned to you one month after you move out. <br> <br> I paid a deposit of R750.00 VAT included to the storage facility. When it was time to move out, I put in my move request to move out by 31 August 2015. This was approved and processed and I was given a move-out certificate.<br> <br> A month later I have called company to follow up on my deposit. The only response I received from them is that they are 'looking into' it! According to Bridgette the director is out of town and can't process the refunds until he's back. <br>
