Breach of Contract

Upon giving notice on cancellation of a business rental of a unit in Rivonia, in the prescribed format, it has been impossible to get the deposit refund that is due. Dealing with Avril Doosi, Bridgette Modiakgotla, and Gary the MD has been fruitless, as all say it is up to the owner Herbert to release the payment. This has been going on for 1 week short of 2 months now.
