been asking for deposit for 7 months

We used their storage for 2 and half years and never had an issue with them until asking for refund, we did give one month notice and submit moving out ticket online. no response after when our lady have made an numerous calls. ppl at account department referred us to speak to the owner and saying he is the guy who make all refund.. owner seemed very busy trying to ignore and refuse to give our deposit back.. we never submitted a complaint against to any but this is first time ..that's awful service I have never seen, is something wrong with their business ?
