A Disgusting Business

<p>I can't explain if words what this company makes me feel like!!! I have never ever hated a company more than I hate Storage Genie! We are now waiting for 5 months on a storage unit that was paid for but we could not occupy because when we got there the guy who was suppose to be opening for us was doing his shopping at Clearwater Mall. We had just moved the 30th of April with our whole house contents on a truck and was waiting outside Storage Genie for an hour without any assistants what so ever. We requested now on numerous times for our money back in writing but there is always an excuse!!!! I just wish that Carte Blanche could get hold of this story!!!</p> <p>For all the other people still waiting we know how you feel and maybe we should get this story out to the media so that this Company could be closed down for good!!!!! They are only *****ing money and don't give a ****!!!!</p> <p> </p>
