Terrible service and no follow-up!

I required transport and storage for my household items as I was moving to a smaller place. Storage Cube provided a competitive quote, but clearly they are cheap for a reason - because their service is shocking. <br> <br> The cube was scheduled to arrive at 5pm, but it arrived at 8pm. When the guys arrived they were so tired they almost dropped my washing machine!!! They turned over a box of fragile contents. The truck damaged the trees around the house. They almost botched the paperwork... Altogether it was an awful experience :( <br> <br> I raised this with the company. Linda \apologised sincerely\" and said she would \"revert soonest\". This was over a week ago. No further explanation, no assurance that my stuff is safe, no compensation for unacceptable service standards. <br> <br> The worst thing is that I have already paid for this service and to cancel it (get my stuff back), I would have to pay more! It's really frustrating that there are so few options available to customers when companies break their promises like this. I am strongly advising everyone I know to not trust Storage Cube. "
