Storage Cube delivers damaged goods & poor service
I utilised Storage Cube in my move from JHB to CPT in February this year. While I was happy with speed of service when needing a quote, I was very unimpressed with the move itself & the service I received since.

I would NOT recommend anyone use their services for the following reasons:
1. Multiple items (incl. a desk, TV cabinet, my gas braai) we're very poorly packed in the \cubes"they provided (which had much heavier items stacked on top of lighter more fragile ones) - which resulted in multiple damaged goods.
2. When claiming for these damages"

We regret the inconvenienced cause to the above client regarding his damage to his braai.
We would like to clarify what really transpired.
The complaint came in on the 3rd April. The lady who works in the admin department with damages was on sick leave and she rep**** via email to the client when she returned on the 5th April 2015.
We arranged to have a new braai delivered, the client requested the 7th April, as this was his first available date. On the day of delivery client declined delivery, as he was not home.
On the 13th April we then went out to deliver the braai again due to factory Defect we had to return same to the supplier and wait for new stock from jhb.
As per your quote and our Terms and conditions, Storage cube only insures items that are wrapped by Storagecube itself. This is stated very clearly on our quotes and in our terms and conditions.
Paying an access Fee is Standard with any insurance claim, at any company.
New braai was delivered to client on the 11 May 2015
