storage cube bad service

We used storage cube to relocate. I was told that the all risk insurance is not an option as insurance is included. My corricraft couch frames was broken as well as a few other items due to negligence when packing the cubes. Upon complaining we were told insurance is only applicable on wrapped items that an additional fee is paid for. These people take no responsibility for any furniture, they do not care how they pack the furniture into the cubes. They advertise free insurance included but if they damage any items they refuse take any responsibility. I would not recommend them to anyone.. we suffered a major loss by using this company.
