Storage Cube - Avoid at all costs

This is one to avoid, but it came recommended by a friend. Just goes to show, research HELLOPETER first before contracting. The whole process was really a disaster. First they sent someone out to assess our small flat. He under estimated our box requirements and they arrived to pack not adequately prepared or equipped. Then they battled to get our furniture into the cubes they brought, as it was too little space! After all, they had done the assessment. So much for professional.<br> <br> Delivery times were never adhered to, as they had our stuff in storage for about 9 days. Lots of phone calls later, excuses of broken down trucks and all sorts of ******* and lies, eventually our goods arrived late in the evening. Trainees (all over their shirts), individuals too weak to handle the load, were used. Not only did they force in a lounge suite and tear my leather, but they badly damaged a brand new dishwasher at another venue they were asked to deliver some of the goods to. Oh, and they were days late here too. The excuse this time? Oh their hyster had broken down.<br> <br> When I wrote and complained Linda ****i wrote back a rude mail refuting my allegations and complaints. AVOID!!!!!
