Don't be fooled by the prices / initial service

I moved my garden flat contents from Pretoria to Cape Town.<br> <br> Storage Cube were initially very efficient, collecting and packing my items in Pretoria on time and professionally on August 19th.<br> <br> (A side note: Packing Staff were over eager to ask for clearly unusable items for themselves, while I did not mind as I would have thrown said items away anyway, it put an unsavory taste in mouth, especially when my girlfriends nail clippers fell out of a packers pocket in front of everyone.)<br> <br> When it comes time to deliver, today, after 4 phone calls, Charlene could still not give me an exact time as to when my contents will be arriving. After the 5th call she hands the phone to Melissa who says she has to be honest with me as they have a problem and can only deliver on Saturday. Whilst I understand that the 3rd of the month must be a hectic - it is totally unacceptable to mis-communicate and beat around the bush when it comes to a clients possessions and time. I took off work at my new job to avail myself - the least I expect is to be notified the day before that they don't have capacity. I cannot sleep another night on the floor. Poor, Slack Service and clearly out of their depths. Fix it.
