Bad service

in Oct 15 one of your storage cube employees did an inspection of all the items in my house to provide me a quote and one of the items was a long cupboard which was left behind including a mirror. The list of items was given to Mellisa which she then sent me a quote which I accepted and paid 50% deposit.<br> <br> The day they collected my stuff they did not take the cupboard and said it was not listed and was too big to go into the cube.<br> <br> They quoted me R2500 to have it shipped when all the items were quoted for. I have not heard back from Storage cube after numerous telephone calls and threatening to take legal action. <br> <br> Once they have received your money they dont give a damn about your goods be it damaged or left behind.<br> <br> I will never recommend them as their service is pathetic and there is no after service.
