No Goods Delivered and No Refund After Payment

I placed an order with Storage and Equipment SA, made full payment, (luckily the amount was small) and was then informed - after the fact - that there is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 5 units. This MOQ was not disclosed anywhere on their website, product listings, or during the ordering process, which feels like deliberate misrepresentation.

It's now been well over 7 days (actually much longer at this point), and despite repeated promises and assurances that a refund would be processed, I have received absolutely nothing back. No refund, no communication on progress, and no resolution. This is unacceptable and has all the hallmarks of a **** operation - taking payment for goods they have no intention of supplying or refunding.

The service has been extremely poor from start to finish: hidden conditions, non-delivery, and failure to honour refund commitments. I strongly advise others to avoid this company entirely and not risk your money. I will continue updating this review if anything changes, but based on my experience and the lack of any refund to date, this appears to be a *****ulent business.

Avoid at all costs. 1 star (if that).
