Worst service ever

I recently made use of Stor-age as a unit to store my goods while I wait for my new house to be built. Everything went fine and I made use of my unit many times but little did I know that this company would spoil my reputation as a film maker because they totally messed up the tag system even after taking a successful debit.

I sent my brother in law on the 8th Dec to get my camera gear because I had a job the following day. When he got there the tag that we were provided had suddenly stopped working, plus the security were not at all co-operative so that was a serious bummer.

After arguing with the cards who clearly did not give two hoots about my situation nothing could really be done and what type of company doesnt have emergency numbers for this sort of problem. I was suppose to have left for my gig in Durban at 4am on the 9th of Dec but couldn't because we had to return to the unit the following morning to which we still had a struggle and all of a sudden the guard after been screamed at called someone to assist who he could have called the previous night. In turn to these events I lost a great some of money and my clients think I dont know how to run my business.

I have officially lost thousands of rands because of the pathetic admin job done by these idiot's and I can not get my money back and I expect this to be dealt with correclty because I refuse to lose this money.

This will definitely become a legal matter and I will make sure that the poor reputation of Stor-age is made known everyone on all social platforms if we dont come to a clear cut solution.
