Worse Private Company to work for

Ex employee... would not recommend anyone to work there... especially if you are of colour.. they are ****** from the top to middle management. Treat the guys on the ground known as Facility Assistance as trash. Favouritism is big in this company. No good deed or extra mile gets recognize only the negative is pointed out and if you not so called "white " and buddy buddy with them you can forget about moving up. They promote as they see fit... no advertising... you juat get told so and so is now a manager... shocking because so and so only has 6 months experience in the industry... and why.. cos so and so is not of colour. Prejudice beyond words... nobody can be trusted.... oh and ******** is atill very alive in this company. Also, Managers know nothing.... when frontline staff have to so Managers woek then it says a lot! **** company.... the cherry for me... HR knows nothing.... they seat warmers without any qualifications... I was gobsmacked when i asked a simple question and no one could answer. Only 4 people in management know their stuff... the 3 directors and one Area Manager... good luck to those who plan to work their till retirement.... look forward to a handshake cos theirs no pension or provident.. SAD!!!
