Very Poor Service. Won't reccomend doing business here.

Steer away. What a dissapointing experience this morning at this facility (Tableview). Second 1 this month. The first time I let it slide, but this seems the norm. Went there to access my storage unit. So my tag didn't work. A bakkie behind me (note this guy came after me), could not access either. So he reversed and went to the 'out' gate, where someone came out of the office and opened for him. I asked if I could have the same access, where I was RUDELY refused. I asked what time they closed and he said 'now'. So I asked him about giving access to someone that came after me but was interrupted by a 'we are closing NOW'. I asked if he could specify a time for me as I would like to keep this as future reference, and again arrogantly got told the closing time is NOW. This was 11:42. I have a problem with ,firstly, being spoken to like this by a company I pay for service, and secondly, not being allowed in when someone who came AFTER me got access. It seemed like they knew each other, he was even offered rope by the guy working in the office. I could net get a name. I get you are closed. But you weren't closed enough to deny access to your friend sir, what you did not realise was that I was there before he was. I would not reccomend making use of this facility.
