I absolutely would not recommend anyone to store anything with this company, let alone deal with the debtors. I had made an arrangement to pay my arrears which I could not as finances are just getting worse for everyone. I made another plan and was assured that my hard earned items would not be auctioned. Then I get an email.asking me to collect my items as anything not auctioned will be thrown out. When I try to get the call recording and get matter resolved, Im given run around by the debt collector who made the arrangement. So much for ones word is their bond. Very difficult to just jump on a flight when one is struggling financially, and Storage is now adding to woes so close to Christmas
