Try a different facility. This company is inconsiderate

I have been trying to contact Kempton Park Stor-Age for the past couple of days, I have left messages with promises of being called back on to date no one has called me back. They have sent me an sms stating that my stuff will be sold on Friday and I am techincally only a month behind due to me being the only person recieving an income at the moment.
