To say I had a lovely experience would be to water down the impeccable service delivered by a Mr James at the Ottery branch. Mr James had the type of customer service dexterity that you find in not just the seasoned stalwarts, but in those that seek potential. Potential to be the student, the teacher, the parent, the leader and most importantly: the friend.

I didn’t store my items, but merely dropped them off at a friends, is what he’d say.
